Under the new executive-led governance system, Program Directors (PDs) are appointed by the Executive Director and are responsible for supporting program and project implementation, contributing to monitoring and evaluation, assisting in strategy development and proposal preparation, and supporting donor engagement and organizational communications under the leadership of the Executive Director.
